Xinjiang Derunsen Sugar Industry Co., Ltd., leveraging its beet raw material advantages in the Horgos Economic Development Zone's Yining Park, achieved robust production and sales in Q1. Orders cover five northwestern provinces and continue to expand. The company has become a key driver for the park's high-quality development by optimizing production management, expanding into household consumption and gift markets, and planning further product R&D and export ventures.

Xinjiang Derunsen Sugar Industry Co., Ltd., a key enterprise within the Yining Park of the Horgos Economic Development Zone, achieved impressive results in the first quarter of this year, with both production and sales booming. Leveraging the unique raw material advantages of Xinjiang's main beet-producing regions, its product orders now cover five northwestern provinces and are continuously expanding, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of Yining Park. Inside Derunsen Sugar Industry's rock sugar production workshop, automated production lines operate at high speed. From sugar melting and boiling to crystallization, all processes are seamlessly connected. The sparkling polycrystalline rock sugar undergoes a series of refined treatments, followed by settling, draining, boxing, labeling, and sealing. Wang Quanwu, the company's Deputy General Manager, stated that the company ensures safe and stable production through a triple mechanism of equipment inspection, personnel training, and emergency drills. Its products primarily supply food processing, supermarket retail, and wholesale markets in the northwest. Compared to the same period last year, monthly production capacity has increased by 60%, achieving large-scale and stable production. To further expand its market share, Derunsen Sugar Industry precisely targets diversified market demands. While consolidating its major wholesale clients in catering and food industrial processing, it actively expands into household consumption and gift markets, continuously optimizing its product structure. Li Huihui, Sales Director, noted that the company's individually packaged and New Year gift box rock sugar, designed for spring wellness and festive gifting, has been highly popular. Online orders have shown significant year-on-year growth, and replenishment frequency from offline distributors has also accelerated. Benefiting from Yining Park's comprehensive industrial chain support and excellent business environment, Derunsen Sugar Industry has achieved efficient integration from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. Its current production-to-sales ratio stands at 82%, laying a solid foundation for a strong start to the first quarter. Gulixian Parhati, the company's Administrative Head, revealed that this year, while consolidating its core market in the northwest, the company plans to explore export opportunities and deepen product R&D to develop new products like low-calorie rock sugar. The goal is to build a complete industrial chain encompassing raw material supply, deep processing, and market sales, thereby further enhancing product added value and supporting the extension and completion of Xinjiang's sugar industry chain. The Derunsen Rock Sugar 50,000-ton annual comprehensive processing project is a key investment attraction project in Yining Park, with a total investment of 150 million yuan. Upon full operation, its annual output value is expected to exceed 420 million yuan. This project not only fills the gap in large-scale rock sugar production in the Ili region but also enhances the added value of white sugar by extending the sugar industry chain, creating stable employment for over 70 local residents. Currently, the company is actively preparing for its second phase, planning to add single-crystal rock sugar and liquid syrup production lines to further diversify its product portfolio. Yining Park, as an important component of the Horgos Economic Development Zone's "One Zone, Three Parks" initiative, consistently focuses on key industries such as bio-manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and deep processing of agricultural products. It continuously strengthens the construction of its "41633" business environment system. By improving infrastructure, reinforcing factor guarantees, and implementing tailored "one enterprise, one policy" services, it has attracted numerous high-quality projects. Kaisal Shaukat, Deputy Director of the Yining Park Economic and Trade Development Bureau, stated that the park will continue to optimize the business environment, deepen cooperation between government, universities, and enterprises, and improve industrial chain support to help enterprises expand into domestic and international markets, transforming more advantageous resources into development momentum.
