Guangxi's 2024/25 Crushing Season Update: 55 Mills Conclude Operations, Over 90% Expected by Week's End

According to the latest statistics from Fantang Technology, an additional three sugar mills in Guangxi concluded their production for the current crushing season between April 11th and 13th. These mills are primarily located in areas such as Nanning and Liuzhou. As of April 13th, the total number of sugar mills that have completed their crushing operations for the 2024/25 season in Guangxi has reached 55. These mills collectively represent a significant daily cane crushing capacity of 484,000 tons. Currently, 18 sugar mills in Guangxi remain operational, mainly concentrated in regions including Nanning, Liuzhou, and Guigang. In terms of capacity, these still-operating mills have a combined daily cane crushing capacity of 116,500 tons. Fantang Technology anticipates that more than ten additional mills are expected to conclude their crushing activities this week.
