Guangxi Bohua Food: 38,000 Mu New Sugarcane Plantings, Refined Management Boosts Yields

Amidst the current scorching summer and abundant rainfall, sugarcane fields are entering their critical growth phase. Across the vast sugarcane zones managed by Bohua, agricultural technical teams are diligently conducting seedling surveys, measuring plant heights, and monitoring for pests and diseases. Concurrently, the company is advancing the construction of integrated water and fertilizer systems, employing refined management practices to ensure a bountiful sugarcane harvest. Bohua Company has set an ambitious target: to achieve an intake of over 700,000 tons of raw sugarcane for the 2025/2026 crushing season. This will effectively overcome previous bottlenecks caused by insufficient raw material supply. To continuously strengthen the foundation of sugar production, the company is vigorously expanding sugarcane cultivation. Plans for 2026 include an additional 22,000 mu of new plantings and the replanting of 16,000 mu, totaling 38,000 mu of newly cultivated land. Currently, the total sugarcane planting area in the Bohua zone exceeds 160,000 mu. This period marks a crucial window for sugarcane management. Agricultural teams have been dispatched to various sections of the cane fields to assess growth, meticulously record pest and disease occurrences, and provide on-site guidance to farmers on implementing green prevention and control measures, as well as field cultivation techniques. Staff members are also updating sugarcane growth records and actively promoting standardized planting technologies to ensure healthy development. Looking ahead, Bohua Company will regularly conduct field technical services, implementing meticulous management throughout the entire sugarcane growth cycle to stabilize raw material production capacity, thereby providing robust support for the company's sustained and steady operational growth.
